Because every CozyCurio item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Change of mind
• Buyer remorse
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Misprinted
• Or you receive the wrong product

please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
